has local partner in QuarCon on-line belt analyzerThe QuarCon technology is suitable for measuring oxides (Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, SiO2) and elements (Al to Pb) from the belt. The distance can vary during the measurement. The belt scale is connected tot the system. It is important to measure the main oxides or the elements which are produced. Also the penalty elements or oxides are interesting to be measured. QuarCon measures lumps up to 400 mm. The measuring distance is 150-300 mm. The system 400 can consist of four different probes (QuarCon or IMACON)
IMACON raw meal and slurry analyzerIMACON raw meal or slurry application is an automatic on-line analyzer for process control. The measured elements are from Al to U. Low energy X-Ray tube is used as radiation source. The sampling systems are included in to the delivery. OreSpex vehicle or belt analyzerOreSpex is based on Laser technology. The Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) can detect the minerals like Sheelite, Quartz, Kimberlite, Apatite, Wollastonite, Feldspar and elements which give the fluorescence like P. The application can measure from belt, moving vehicle or train. |

Mining conceptThe mining concept has developed to make dilution control at the mines. This uses IMA on-line analzer technology. The measuring principle can be either XRF or LIF. We make the dilution and application control studies to customize the dilution control system. In the picture is presented where IMA on-line analyzer can be placed to measure the ore. Where you can measure there also the dilution control is possible. Dilution control and application studiesIMA makes also dilution control pre-studies for quarries and mines. XRF and LIF methods are available. We investigate which method is the best way to detect the minerals, oxides or elements the customer is interested in. Based on this information we can offer a dilution control system for the customer based on the tests and customer process. The best place for dilution control is normally in the quarry or after pre-crusher where the material is not mixed yet. |
